How it works
1. Request
Choose your coach, focus and hour blocks in My EVO. Add consecutive blocks for more time.
2. Agree
Your coach agrees a time or suggests another for you to accept.
3. Pay
Pay £30 per hour online once your time is agreed.
For under-18s: a parent/carer books through their account and stays throughout the session.
At least 24 hours’ notice: refund or move. Kay can make exceptions. EVO/coach cancellation: full refund or another time.

Cancel or request a move at least 24 hours before your session for a refund or another agreed time. With less notice, the fee is not normally refunded; Kay can make exceptions. If EVO or your coach cancels, choose a full refund or another agreed time.
